Leadership Performance Group uses LMI’s proprietary assessment tools to uncover development needs, values, and motivators—giving you the clarity to lead more effectively and build stronger, more sustainable teams.

Why do I need Assessments?

Our assessment tools help business owners and managers evaluate where they are in terms of human capital deployment, the efficiency of their leadership style, and organizational structure. These tools help address individual and organizational issues and provide comprehensive reports to make grounded managerial decisions.

Our Assessments are indispensable in identifying specific developmental needs, which should be promptly addressed to improve leadership and make your organization run more effectively.

How do Assessments help measure employee aptitudes?

The applicant’s personality results are then compared to the requirements of the job. The reliability and accuracy of the answers are further improved by the application of Distortion and Equivocation measurements.

The final report helps business owners eliminate the trial-and-error approach, reduce staff turnover, and identify specific development needs. The Profile Evaluation System is easy, intuitive, and provides a low-cost solution for hiring and placement.

What are the benefits of having a Development Needs Inventory?

The Development Needs Inventory (DNI) is an online tool that is aimed at helping managers lead their teams more effectively. The Development Needs Inventory includes nine Base Scales and six Optional Scales to assess critical aspects of leadership such as communication, interpersonal relationships, and adaptability, to provide a clear picture of strengths and development needs. The report generated by the DNI tool helps leaders address gaps and needs to better empower their teams.

What is Organizational Needs Inventory and why should I have it?

Our Organizational Needs Inventory (ONI) is designed to provide managers with a comprehensive diagnosis of their organization measured against the company’s ideal image of itself in terms of how it is viewed by employees, its culture, and prevalent leadership styles. This tool helps develop plans with a clearer sense of direction and addresses development needs more effectively.

Profile Evaluation System

Find it difficult to learn about an applicant’s abilities through their resume and interview? Our Profile Evaluation is your ultimate solution.

Our Profile Evaluation System enables you to know about the mental aptitudes and personality dimensions of the applicant, which play a major role in their work output and progress. Define the ideal talent sets you require, ask applicants or employees to complete the online assessment, and get detailed coaching, hiring, and personal reports. The Profile Evaluation System clearly identifies strengths and development needs. This not only helps you hire the right fit but also empowers you to assist employees to grow into the position to which they are best suited or most interested.

The personality structure is measured in accordance with the Bell Curve with one-third of the population in the 1-3 range, one-third in the 4-6 range, and one-third in the 7-9 range. There is no particular low or high. Instead, the level scored must be compared to the requirements of the job or the lifestyle.

Faulty communication and poor leadership are, unfortunately, the bane of many companies. Regardless of employee talent or product quality, if an organization’s leaders aren’t effectively communicating, managing, delegating, and increasing productivity, that organization will remain stagnant instead of moving forward toward its goals. Not only will products and people fail to reach their full potential, but the atmosphere, morale, and productivity of the organization will also suffer immensely. Talented employees may even become disgruntled and leave, while those who remain question the value of their work and the overall direction of the organization.

Thankfully, great leadership can be developed, and good communication can be taught. Any organization, no matter what their current situation, can be turned around and improved. The key to Effective Leadership Development lies in training and motivating people to a higher level of productivity.

Effective Motivational Leadership

People aren’t motivated to follow other people by the archaic notion of hierarchies, which is why the development of truly exceptional leaders who can effortlessly motivate others to follow them is of utmost importance. Great leaders are respected, revered, and admired, and people follow them because they want to, not because an organization chart says they have to.

To begin, we will utilize our psychological assessment. The Profile Evaluation System (PES) is an exceptional tool that characterizes individuals on a number of psychological traits that are important for job performance. Discover more about the PES and how it can help your organization.

Leaders aren’t just leaders; they are visionaries and communicators who are equally as capable of leading groups of people down a broad path or an individual along a narrow, personal path. Whatever your specific area of need, our Effective Motivational Leadership program will help you and your employees understand what it takes to be a great leader and not only create winning teams that forge ahead into today’s volatile business environment but also foster an organization full of leaders on every level.

Our multi-phase Effective Motivational Leadership program is designed to help leaders communicate and motivate, like visionary legends Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.

  • Helps you understand the responsibilities of leadership and its core values.
  • Understand how a positive self-image will help your success.
